Math Journal may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time, so please review it periodically to make sure you know our latest policies and practices with regard to personal Information. If you use the Website after our Policy terms have changed you will be deemed to be aware of such changes.

Our Personal Information Collection Practices
In general, we do not collect personal information (such as name, email address, mailing address or phone number) from visitors to our site. However, we will collect personal information in connection with some of our site features if you voluntarily give it to us in order to participate in such features. For example, when teachers register with us for use of Solutions or to receive daily puzzle emailings, we collect their names and email addresses.

Math Journal is not responsible for the privacy practices of websites operated by third parties that are linked to our site(s) or for the privacy practices of third party advertisers. Once you've left the Math Journal website via such a link or by clicking on a third party link, you should check the applicable privacy policy of that third party site to determine how they will handle any personal information they collect from you.

Math Journal's website may also be linked to sites operated by organizations or companies affiliated with Math Journal. Visitors to those affiliated sites should still refer to their separate privacy policies and practices, which are different from our Privacy Policy.

How Math Journal Uses Your Personal Information

For example, when teachers register with us, we collect their names and email addresses so that we can email them their password and so that we can email teachers publicity emails when we release new puzzles or lesson plans (if they subscribe for this).

We will not share your personal information with outside companies. We restrict access to your personal information to our employees, agents and contractors who have a legitimate business reason to obtain access.

If Math Journal were to be required to disclose personal information to comply with legal requirements, such as a court order or subpoena, to enforce our Terms of Use, or to protect the safety and security of visitors to this website we will notify you via your contact information.

The Security of Your Personal Information
Math Journal uses reasonable technical and administrative measures to safeguard personal information in its possession against loss, unauthorized use, disclosure, or modification. Nonetheless we cannot be responsible for third parties who, despite our reasonable precautions, access personal information illegally. Nor can we be responsible for inadvertent disclosure of personal information.

The only cookies Math Journal uses are to allow you access to the Solutions pages. Should you opt to turn off cookies in your browser the site will always require a login when using the Solutions pages.

How to Delete Your Personal Information
Send an email to Privacy@MathJournal.info. Removing this information from our mailing list does not affect your access to the Website in any way.
