Puzzle for April 29, 2010

This coming Sunday (5/2) is the anniversary of the first newspaper report of a sighting of the Loch Ness Monster which appeared in 1933. The story of a local couple spotting "an enormous animal rolling and plunging on the surface" caused quite a stir. People have been flocking to the site ever since hoping to see "Nessie."

Loch Ness, located in the Scottish Highlands, has the largest volume of fresh water in Great Britain; the body of water reaches a depth of nearly 800 feet and a length of about 22.5 miles and a width between a mile and a mile and a half. How much water is in the Loch for "Nessie" to hide in?

Note: A cubic foot of water contains 7.48 gallons.
