Happy Earth Day!

The Earth Day Network has an interesting interactive quiz you can take to explore your Carbon Footprint--the amount of CO2 that you create during a year based on your breathing, growing/making the food you eat, and dealing with all the technological events in your life including packaging.

Speaking of packaging, about three million tons of Styrofoam, which is often used to package products, was produced in 2000. Out of the three million tons produced, 2.3 million tons was thrown away.
