The Games Continue

As of Monday morning, here are the medal standings at the Winter Olympics. As you can see, as of now, the United States is number one in all three medal counts-and in the totals.

Two questions for today:
Norway is in third place overall but is not the third place for Silver Medals. Who is? Why?
Is it possible to be number one in all three categories of medals but not number one overall? Why or Why Not?
