Puzzle for December 4, 2008

Looking at the server logs for one of the sites I visit, I found the following chart showing the top 6 sources of visitors to the site.

List the countries in order of number of visitors, then list the cities they came from in order.

Do the two lists match (does the first country and the first city go together for example)
