Puzzle for November 4, 2008

Here are the current projections for the US Elections today. The map is interactive so you can click on the candidate then assign states to him. A candidate needs at least 270 electoral college votes to win.

As of today it looks like Colorado, Nevada, and Ohio are "Swing states" meaning that experts don't know which way they'll assign their votes. What percentage of the electoral college do these votes constitute? (how much of the total vote are they)

If there was a major upset and all the "Swing states" went for McCain but the Mississippi Valley states (AR, LA, MO, MS, TN) went for Obama, who would win? By how much?
